An interesting trend in bars and restaurants this summer is the appearance of zero alcohol drinks. We’ve often come across mocktails for the designated driver or for those that want to enjoy the creativity of cocktails without the alcohol, the next stage of which is to get the true spirit flavours while remaining at 0% ABV.
Finally – we’ve taken our basic barista training and can report back that there’s a lot to learn if you want to make great coffee. We headed to Melbourne for coffee 101, and fortunately found a lot of excellent coffee shops, roasters and a city full of coffee lovers
