OUR SUMMER ISSUE
Vol 4 Issue 73
In light of what we have all been through, and are still going through since COVID-19, this really is a very special magazine that provides so much insight and hopefully solace as we navigate into an unknown future together. It includes articles such as the upsides of worrying, how to see the opportunity in COVID-19, how to make decisions in uncertain times, and how to practice self-acceptance and compassion. There is some outstanding imagery ‘that really speaks to you’ taken from The Little Book of Resilience by Matthew Johnstone, and our cover art and art profile showcases the stunning art of Zimbawean, Pride Nyasha. Lots more including a comparison of the nutritional value of conventional meats vs. plant-based meats, and a profile on Esha Oberoi who employs 500 staff in an Australian Aged Care Service and the positive impacts they are making in their community. Out early December 2020.
